Unsatisfied with Your Order?

• For small orders (under $100), we can offer a repaint, alternative design, or store credit.
• Larger orders ($100+) may require a brief review before we determine a solution.

Damaged or Lost Packages

• Damaged: Send photos, and we’ll assess on a case-by-case basis.
• Lost in Transit:
  • Simple/smaller orders are often replaced or repainted.
  • For bigger orders, we might need to file a claim with the carrier first.

Wrong Address Provided

• Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a replacement or refund if the order goes to an incorrect address you entered. Double-check before submitting!

Return/Exchange Steps

1. Contact us with your order number and photos if needed.
2. We’ll work with you to find the best resolution—repainting, store credit, etc.
3. In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before we send a replacement.

Washing & Care Instructions

How Durable Are Airbrushed Items?
We heat-cure our airbrushed shirts and apparel using a commercial heat press. This process sets the paint, helping it stay bright and vibrant for years. With the right care, we’ve seen 20-year-old shirts still looking fresh!

General Care Tips

• Wash Inside Out in Cold Water: This protects the painted surface.
• Use Mild Detergent: Harsh chemicals can wear down the paint over time.
• Hang to Dry (Preferred): Or tumble dry inside out on low heat.
• Shoes & Special Items: Clean gently with a mild soap—avoid scrubbing the painted area too hard.

Hats & Beanies

• We don’t heat-press hats or beanies (it would ruin their shape and elasticity).
• Hats typically aren’t washed, so their paint stays intact.
• Beanies can be washed, but they may fade slightly faster since they’re not heat-pressed. Hand-wash in cold water and lay flat to dry for best results.

Production Time

• Most orders are painted within 0–5 business days.
• Large group orders or complex designs may take a bit longer.

Shipping Times (USA)

• Standard shipping typically arrives in 2–3 business days after production is done.
• Shipping costs: $5 (under 1 lb), $7 (1–2 lbs), $9 (2+ lbs).
• Free shipping on orders over $65.

Rush Orders

• Need it fast? We offer priority handling for an extra fee (based on weight).
• Rush is not guaranteed by a certain date, but we do our best to expedite.

International Shipping

• We ship worldwide via DHL, with duties included.
• Costs typically range from $15–$40 USD.
