Unsatisfied with Your Order?
- For small orders (under $100), we can offer a repaint, alternative design, or store credit.
- Larger orders ($100+) may require a brief review before we determine a solution.
Damaged or Lost Packages
- Damaged: Send photos, and we’ll assess on a case-by-case basis.

Lost in Transit:
- Simple/smaller orders are often replaced or repainted.
- For bigger orders, we might need to file a claim with the carrier first.
Wrong Address Provided
- Unfortunately, we can’t guarantee a replacement or refund if the order goes to an incorrect address you entered. Double-check before submitting!
Return/Exchange Steps
- Contact us with your order number and photos if needed.
- We’ll work with you to find the best resolution—repainting, store credit, etc.
- In some cases, we may ask you to return the item before we send a replacement.

How long does it take to get my order?
We typically paint and ship in 0–5 business days, plus 2–3 days for standard U.S. delivery. Rush options are available for an extra fee (weight-based), though not guaranteed.

Will the paint fade or wash off?
Our shirts are heat-cured for a long-lasting finish. Wash inside out in cold water and hang to dry (or low heat) for best results. Properly cared-for designs can last for years.

Do you offer discounts or bulk pricing?
Yes! Orders of 6 or more airbrushed items get 15% off automatically.
Can I provide my own item to be painted?
Yes, but it requires prior approval and it’s usually not a cost-saving option once shipping is factored in. Items must be at least 50% cotton. Contact us first to confirm.
Will I see a mockup before you start painting?
We don't provide digital mockups for most single or small orders. However, if requested, larger group orders (or more complex designs) may receive a preview.
What if I want a custom design or black shirt?
If it’s beyond our preset options—or you want a black shirt (around 2× the cost of white)—please request a custom quote.
What if I’m not happy with my order or it arrives damaged?
Small orders can often be repainted or credited. Larger orders ($100+) go through a quick review to find the fairest solution. If items arrive damaged or lost, reach out with photos right away.
