Since our items are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. However, we do offer repaints, store credit, or adjustments in the following cases:

• If there is an issue with the paint longevity within a reasonable timeframe

📦 If Your Package Was Lost or Damaged in Shipping

• Damaged items: Send us photos, and we’ll assess the situation.
• Lost in transit: Smaller orders are typically replaced or repainted. Larger orders may require a carrier claim before resolution.

How to Wash & Care for Your Airbrush Apparel

🧺 Basic Washing Instructions

• Turn it Inside Out
  Before you toss your shirt, hoodie, or tote into the wash, flip it inside out. This protects your awesome artwork!

• Use Cold Water
  Cold water is your airbrush design’s best friend. It helps keep the colors crisp and vibrant.

• Mild Detergent Only
  Stick to gentle detergents. Harsh chemicals can fade your design faster than you can say “Oops.”

• Skip the Bleach
  No bleach, no strong stain removers. Just cool, calm cleaning!

🧦 Drying Tips

• Hang Dry (Best Option!)
  Air drying keeps your design in perfect shape. Plus, it’s eco-friendly. 🌎♻️

• Tumble Dry Low (If Needed)
  If you need to machine dry, tumble dry on low heat and keep it inside out.

👟 Special Items

• Shoes & Special Fabrics
  Hand-clean gently with a mild soap and soft cloth. Avoid soaking!

• Hats & Beanies
  Most hats aren't heat-pressed to avoid damaging their shape. Hats usually don’t need washing.
  If you must clean a beanie, hand-wash cold and lay it flat to dry (it might fade a little faster over time).
