SMS terms

These terms cover the Airbrush Customs text messaging programs operated by Graffitees, doing business as Airbrush Customs and Airbrush.ink. Airbrush.ink is our new brand alias. These terms apply if you choose to enroll in an available program.
Program choices
- Customer support and orders: Text conversations about your inquiry, artwork details, and order progress.
- Artist and team operations: Texts for participating artists and team members about assignments, schedules, and work coordination.
Each program requires its own opt-in. Joining one does not enroll you in the other. These programs do not include advertising or promotional offers.
Enrollment, frequency, and charges
If you choose a program's optional consent control or otherwise expressly agree to its disclosed messaging purpose, you authorize us to text the mobile number you provide for that program. Use only a number you control and tell us if your number changes. Giving us a number, buying a product, or joining our team does not by itself enroll you in recurring texts.
Consent is voluntary and is not required to buy from us or accept an assignment. You can communicate with us by email instead.
Messages may recur. Message frequency varies with your conversations, orders, or assignments. Message and data rates may apply; your mobile provider can explain any charges under your plan.
Stopping messages and getting help
Reply STOP to any program text to stop messages from that sending number. If both programs use that number, this stops both. You may receive one final opt-out confirmation. We will not resume program texts unless you provide a new opt-in.
Reply HELP for assistance or email support@airbrushcustoms.net. You can also ask us by email to stop texts. Opting out does not cancel an order or assignment; you can continue those discussions by email.
Delivery and privacy
Text delivery depends on your mobile network and device. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Changes and contact
We may update these terms as the programs change and will post the updated terms here. Changes to these terms do not enroll you in another program or expand your consent to new messaging purposes.
