SMS privacy policy

This policy explains how Graffitees, doing business as Airbrush Customs and Airbrush.ink, handles personal information for the Airbrush Customs text messaging programs. Airbrush.ink is our new brand alias. This policy applies if you choose to participate in a program when enrollment is offered.
Information and program purposes
For text messaging, we use your mobile number, messages, relevant customer or team details, delivery records, and records of your consent and messaging choices. These records help us communicate with you, deliver the texts you requested, document consent, and honor opt-outs.
- Customer support and orders: Conversations about inquiries, artwork details, and order progress.
- Artist and team operations: Messages for participating artists and team members about assignments, schedules, and work coordination.
Each program has a separate, voluntary opt-in. Joining one does not enroll you in the other. Giving us a telephone number, placing an order, or joining our team does not by itself enroll you in recurring texts. These programs do not include advertising or promotional offers.
How we handle mobile information
We do not disclose mobile numbers or other mobile information to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy, sell, rent, or transfer permission to text you. Your opt-in records and consent are not available for another business to use for its own messaging.
Service providers that help us operate and deliver texts, including Twilio when used for delivery, may process the information needed to provide those services on our behalf. This does not give them permission to use your information for their own marketing. We may disclose information where required by applicable law or a valid legal request.
We keep messaging, consent, and opt-out records as needed to operate and support the programs, respect your choices, resolve issues, and meet applicable recordkeeping requirements.
Your choices and support
Texts are optional. Consent is not required to purchase from us or accept an assignment. Messages may recur, and their frequency varies with your conversations, orders, or assignments. Message and data rates may apply.
Reply STOP to stop texts from the sending number. Reply HELP for assistance. If both programs use that number, STOP stops both. You may receive one final confirmation of your opt-out. You can also email support@airbrushcustoms.net to request that messages stop, get help, or make a request about your information. You can continue order and work discussions by email.
