📦 Return & Exchange Policy
Since our items are custom-made to order, we generally do not accept returns unless there is a defect or mistake on our part. However, we do offer repaints, store credit, or adjustments in the following cases:
🖌️ If There's a Quality Issue
- If your design is significantly different from what you ordered
- If your item arrives damaged in transit
- If there is an issue with the paint longevity within a reasonable timeframe
Solution: We’ll offer a free repaint, store credit, or a refund on a case-by-case basis.
📸 IMPORTANT: Please send clear photos of the issue when submitting a return request.
📦 If Your Package Was Lost or Damaged in Shipping
- Damaged items: Send us photos, and we’ll assess the situation.
- Lost in transit: Smaller orders are typically replaced or repainted. Larger orders may require a carrier claim before resolution.
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Situations
We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for:
❌ Custom items that were made exactly as ordered (color/design preference changes)
❌ Incorrect sizes chosen by the customer (please check the size chart before ordering!)
❌ Items washed or worn incorrectly (see our Washing & Care Guide)
❌ Orders where an incorrect shipping address was provided
💰 Order Adjustments & Store Credit
If your order meets our return criteria, you may be eligible for:
✔ A Free Repaint – We’ll redo the artwork and send a replacement
✔ Store Credit – Use it toward a new design of your choice
✔ Partial Refund – In select cases where a repaint isn’t possible
