Graffitees, doing business as Airbrush Customs and Airbrush.ink ("we," "us," or "our"), operates this store and its related services. This privacy policy explains how we handle personal information when you browse our website, place an order, customize a product, upload a file, contact us, or take part in our messaging programs. Airbrush Customs is our current customer-facing name; Airbrush.ink is our new brand alias.

Information we collect

  • Contact and account information: Your name, email address, telephone number, account details, and any business or organization details you provide.
  • Order and payment information: Your billing and shipping addresses, products and quantities ordered, customization choices, payment and transaction details, and order history. Payment information is processed through the payment services used at checkout.
  • Artwork, uploads, and communications: The text, names, photographs, reference images, documents, design instructions, and other files you submit, along with your inquiries, support conversations, and feedback. Uploaded material may contain information about you or other people.
  • Website and device information: Information such as your IP address, browser and device type, pages or products viewed, search activity, interactions with the store, and cookie or similar technology data. This information is collected automatically as you use the website.
  • Messaging and team information: If you choose to participate in an available text messaging program, your mobile number, messages, delivery records, and consent or opt-out records. For participating artists and team members, this may also include information needed for assignments, scheduling, and work coordination.

We collect information directly from you, automatically through your use of our services, and from service providers that help process your orders, payments, deliveries, and communications. Please provide only information and files that are needed for your request and that you are authorized to share.

How we use information

We use personal information to operate the store, manage accounts, prepare quotes, create custom artwork and products, process payments, fulfill and ship orders, and provide support. We also use it to communicate about your requests and orders, coordinate work with the artists and team members involved, keep business records, prevent fraud and misuse, troubleshoot problems, and understand and improve our website and services.

Where you choose to receive marketing communications, we use your contact information in line with your preferences. You can use the unsubscribe instructions in those communications or contact us to change your choices. Consent to our customer support/order or artist/team text programs does not enroll you in promotional messaging.

Custom artwork and photographs

We may photograph completed work and share examples of our artwork on our website, social media, in print, or in our portfolio. This may include finished items that incorporate customer-provided photographs or personalization. If you ask us before or when placing your order to keep the work private, we will honor that request and will not publish images of that work. We may still share the images internally as needed to create, fulfill, and support your order.

Please include your privacy request with your order instructions or email support@airbrushcustoms.net. You can also contact us about an image already published so we can review and address your request. This artwork practice does not authorize the sharing of mobile messaging information or consent for anyone else's marketing.

Service providers and other disclosures

We share information as needed with service providers that help us operate our business, including store hosting, payment processing, shipping, file storage, website analytics, customer support, and communications. Artists and team members working on your request may access the information needed for their work.

Shopify hosts our online store and supports store and checkout services. You can learn about Shopify's handling of personal information in Shopify's privacy policy. Messaging partners, including Twilio when used to deliver our texts, process the information needed to provide messaging services.

We may also disclose information when required by applicable law or a valid legal request, or as needed to protect our customers, our business, and the security of our services. Service providers may process information in locations outside your state or country.

Text messaging privacy and choices

If you choose to enroll when offered, our customer support and order text program covers inquiries, artwork details, and order progress. A separate artist and team program covers assignments, scheduling, and work coordination. Each program requires its own voluntary consent. Giving us a telephone number, making a purchase, or joining our team does not by itself enroll you in recurring texts. These two programs do not include advertising or promotional offers.

We do not share mobile numbers or other mobile information with third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. We do not buy, sell, rent, or transfer text messaging consent. Opt-in records and consent are not made available to another business for its own messaging. Providers that help us operate and deliver texts may process the information needed to perform those services on our behalf; this does not authorize their own marketing use.

Message frequency varies with your conversations, orders, or assignments, and messages may recur. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop texts from the sending number. Cookies and similar technologies

Our store uses cookies and similar technologies to support features such as your cart, account sessions, preferences, and checkout, and to understand how visitors use the website.
