We understand that ordering a custom made product can be both exciting ..and a little scary! Please trust that our top-tier artists paint each item by hand with careful attention to detail, pulling on decades of experience to provide awesome artwork, every single time.
    Part of what makes this experience special is the uniqueness of each artist's styles and vision, and the authenticity of hand-painted artwork. This means that each and every item we produce will be slightly different. 
    We aim to provide two things: A great product, and a fun customization experience. Allow us to design a one-of-a-kind piece of artwork for you based on the design template you choose, and personalization you desire!
    Since all merchandise from AirbrushCustoms is custom-made, we cannot accept returns on any products once they have been shipped. If an error is found on your order after it arrives, we will take appropriate action to resolve the issue - This typically means we'll paint and send you a replacement. To protect our artists, refunds are offered only if your item has not yet been painted, or if we specifically committed to and failed to meet a deadline.

Can I wash it?

Airbrush T shirts are washable!

Cared for properly, you can expect your t shirts to look great for many years.

  • Wash your items only as-needed
  • Turn your items inside-out to wash and dry
  • Wash cold water and a mild detergent 💧🧼
  • Hang your items to dry (preferred), or -
  • Tumble dry them on a low heat setting

We use commercial equipment to cure the paint directly into the fabric of your item, allowing our airbrush apparel to compare closely with a DTG printed shirt. The design will not wash out or "run"! However, all T shirts slowly fade over time as the fabric itself wears out, no matter the decoration method. Such is the cycle of life.

When will it Arrive?

Delivery Times

One-of-a-kind custom artwork needs to be hand-painted before it ships. Our artists can usually get smaller t shirt orders painted within a few business days. Larger orders, more complex artwork, or orders for items types that we don't always stock (like hoodies) can influence that production time.
